Should I book online or walk-in and book?

You should book online! Walk-ins are accepted if we have an opening, but our escape rooms have certain times that they run, if you walk-in we may not have a booking available, the website has up to date times to avoid wasting anyone's time!

It also allows us to make sure we have enough employees to cover the bookings!

**Late at night if we have NO BOOKINGS ONLINE we may close the business early **

It will only let me book 6 people but we may have another person, can we still bring them?

Yes! If you need to add a person or two we can do it when you arrive for your appointment!

I have 5 kids and it won't let me book, why?

Children can not do the room alone, so you must book an Adult first!

Can I book an escape room for a birthday without using the party room?

Yes!

If you aren't sure of your total number of people, book the number of people that you do know and we can adjust the total on the day ~when you arrive!

Select at least 1 adult to reseve the time slot! Leave a comment when booking that you will have more people.

Do you do Birthday Parties?

Yes we do! Starting at $190 for the first 6 people, $15 for each additional kid (1 adult required)

We have a Party Room where you can celebrate AFTER doing the Escape Room.

You can bring cake, pizza, drinks, or snacks

You can select Birthday Party Room Deposit to reserve your time slot. We can then add or subtract people on the day of your party! Type Birthday in the comments.

Do you offer team building?

Yes, you can hold your timeslot by selecting Team Building deposit. Type Team Building in comments with any other info you feel we need. Especially if you need 2 rooms!
